Buying Guide
Key purchase considerations include coverage area, residual protection, and surface compatibility. For long-term defense, choose products offering up to 12 months of protection on non-porous indoor surfaces. If you have porous surfaces, ensure the product is approved for such materials or focus on perimeter applications around foundations and entry points. Consider the follow-up spray requirements: some formulations need reapplication after a set period or after cleaning, while others provide extended barriers with a single application. Safety features, such as pet and child safety, fragrance-free options, and plant-based ingredients, help align products with household needs. Finally, assess ease of use, including spray reach, wand comfort, and whether the product supports indoor and outdoor perimeter use to simplify maintenance throughout the season.
